Pasiensi possesses expertise in crop production, food and feed processing, strategic planning, marketing, digital marketing, supply chain management, cost control, teamwork, and negotiation. Additionally, he has also experience in research, consulting, and community engagement, with a focus on youth initiatives.

Economist from University of Dar es salaam, he founded GIPA FOODS & GENERAL SUPPLIES LIMITED to provide smallholder producers with a cassava processing solution. He has a working experience of over 8 years in the Agro food processing industry, Worked with Oxfam International as Food Security and Livelihood Officer in the Burundi refugee response for three years where he managed to initiate and supervise a total of successful 48 Refugee Livelihood Groups for food security. He has been volunteering to design, implement, supervise and capacity building to small organization's projects.
